Creating balance with essential oils

Use an aroma diffuser to diffuse the oil in an enclosed space. The benefits come through the sense of smell rather than through the skin. The warmth of the body may be used to evaporate this oil, but it is recommended that you dilute it with a base oil before applying directly to the skin (1 drop of aroma to 10 drops carrier oil, such as organic sweet almond oil, sesame oil, or olive oil).
