Creating balance with essential oils

The essences of flowers and plants have been used in holistic healing traditions such as Ayurveda for centuries. The sense of smell is a quick-acting, powerful means of creating balance. Our therapeutic aroma oils are precise blends of 100% pure essential oils.

Use an aroma diffuser to diffuse the oil in an enclosed space. Try adding a few drops to a warm bath, lie back and enjoy the experience.

The benefits come through the sense of smell rather than through the skin. The warmth of the body may be used to evaporate this oil, but it is recommended that you first dilute it with a base oil before applying directly to the skin (mix 1 drop of aroma to 10 drops carrier oil, such as organic sweet almond oil, sesame oil, or olive oil).
