Helpful Herbals to Gift this Xmas
If you know a loved one who likes to take supplements or herbals to support their mind body balance then select from the precious herbals below to give them a very special gift this Xmas.

Rasayana (Tonic) for Pitta
A wonderful tonic for summer this Rasayana combines Amla with Ash Gourd to provide a Pitta balancing effect. Amla Berry contains a very high concentration of vitamin C, one of the highest known in the plant kingdom. It balances all threes doshas, but is particularly calming for Pitta dosha.

I often recommend this tonic during Pitta season to help soothe the mind and body while  supporting strength and assimilation of food. It is great taken first thing in the morning or just before bed, or as a tasty ‘pick-me-up’ during the afternoon.

Amrit Kalash - Nectar of Immortality
Amrit Kalash belongs to the category of herbals in Ayurveda called Rasayana. A Rasayana supports the mind and body at its innermost level. People report they feel happier, more energetic, greater inner calm, are more resilient to stress, feel more alert with improved creativity and less fatigue when taking Amrit Kalash. Who in your loved ones would benefit from a gift of Amrit this Xmas?

Amrit is a two-part formula. Taken together they provide a widespread and synergistic effect.  Research has shown this  unique blend of over 40 herbs and fruits have antioxidant properties 1,000 times more powerful than Vitamin C or E. The two-part formula includes

  • Amrit Kalash Nectar  which enlivens the underlying intelligence in the body. It provides a powerful strengthening and balancing effect on the heart, mind and immune system.
  • Amrit Kalash Ambrosia targets the brain, nervous system and mental function. It helps support refined awareness, creativity, mental balance and happiness.

Wishing you and your loved ones the bliss of balance this Xmas.
