11 March 2018I have been taking this tea everyday for 8 weeks now. Since then, my bloating has subsided, I am more relaxed, stopped taking other natural medications for my stress levels and with the sludge removed from my body have increased energy levels and I believe I have obtained a better mind set.

Excellent for stilling a busy mind
By: maryem on 28 July 2010This tea does a great job of stilling a busy mind that inhibits a restful nights sleep. Instead of waking at 2:00am and working through all the problems on my plate that need to be sorted, this tea seemed to induce a peaceful sleep and help me sleep through the night. It was better than any other natural or medicinal product that I tried.
