Primarily supports a healthy appetite and balanced digestion — also supports healthy elimination
Often used as an alternative to Digest Plus (MA154), which is more stimulating for the appetite. Digest Medium is less heating and more comfortable for Pitta types and/or those with Pitta imbalances.
NOTE Not recommended for children under 12 years.

10 May 2018I find digest medium very good for those times that my diet has not been the best, for example when I have indulged in foods that aren't the best for my vata/pitta type.
