Place 1-2 drops in each nostril several times a day. Avoid using within 2 hours of bedtime or 30 mins before meals or bathing. Do not swallow - remove any mucus or oil that comes down the nasal passage into the mouth. Apply using dropper or apply a drop to tip of small finger and insert into nose. Close other nostril and sniff the oil up into the nasal cavity. NOTE If you find the oil is too strong it can be diluted with plain sesame oil: 1 part Nasal Oil to 2 parts sesame oil or as required
