Fennel, Clove and Eucalyptus in this potent inhalant help open up the channels of the upper respiratory tract.
Can also be applied externally to sore muscles and joints and on forehead to provide some relief from headache.
Combines the essential oils of Camphor, Ajowain, Peppermint, Clove, Fennel, Eucalyptus and Cinnamon
NOTE Avoid contact with eyes and lips. Dilute in a fixed oil (e.g. almond or olive) before applying to young or sensitive skin.

For inhalation put 1-4 drops in boiling hot water, cover head & inhale (ensure to cover eyes well). Put a few drops on a handkerchief or on pillow at night. Can also use in an aroma diffuser. For chest, joints, muscles - rub on affected area. Avoid using on broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes & lips. Dilute in a fixed oil (eg almond or olive) before applying to young or sensitive skin.
