In nature, spring is a time where the weather gets warmer, ice melts and the dampness in nature warms up. Our body undergoes a similar process in spring: impurities that have accumulated over winter (or sometimes over many years :-) melt and are moved into your gastrointestinal tract so that they can be cleaned out. This is why this time of the year is the most important time to support your body to cleanse the digestive system.

Here are the recommended Maharishi Ayurveda herbs for your Spring Cleanse.

• Genitrac - take 2 tablets before breakfast and dinner to support efficient removal of toxins and restore balance to the genito-urinary area.

• Elim-Tox-O - take 2 tablets morning and evening to cleanse the liver, blood and elimination system. This product is ideal if you have a Pitta imbalance (excess heat, loose stools, acidity), if you don't have a Pitta imbalance, we reccomened you get the Elim-Tox pacakge instead.

• Liver care - take 2 tablets 15-30mins before lunch to support the liver which is one of the main detox organs of the body.
