Garshana is a traditional dry massage used in Ayurveda as an alternative to an oil massage. It is typically used for people trying to lose weight or have a kapha imbalance as it helps to increase circulation, break down fatty tissue, rid the body of toxins, and increase energy. Garshana dry massage is normally done in the morning before a shower.
